Since the option to disable the screen saver is locked, I don't think that the plugin can be of help to you since it modifies the ScreenSaver registry keys, and if they are locked this operation...

I tried the plugin and it worked fine (at least in Windows ME, not yet tried with Windows XP).
The plugin doesn't work if you setted the...
