I personally don't use keyboard shortcuts often with BSplayer (only to jump backward/forward, increase/decrease volume, Pause/play movies), but I think that this option would be VERY USEFULL when...

But keep in mind that global keys send commands to BSplayer even if BSplayer is not the active window (annoying if you are writing while watching videos) :wink:
