If you want to always run a program as admin...

If you want to always run a program as admin there's a checkbox in the exe properties (right click on the file and then properties... there should be a checkbox in advanced, tab.. I don't remember...

If you refer to the registration window keeps popping up at BSplayer start:
Have you tried to run BSplayer with Admin rights? (right clikck on bsplayer.exe and then choose "Run as admin...")...
