I think you can check by running...

I think you can check by running "codecmanager.exe" to be found within BS.Player's installation folder.
It will show a list of the codecs found and whether it concerns "system" or "local"...

When you installed BS.Player, did you allow it to internally install the codecs/filters it needs? (Internally meaning for use by BS.Player only and not interfering with other filters/codecs installed...
