Actually "bspcodecdl.exe" is the "old" file-name...

Actually "bspcodecdl.exe" is the "old" file-name used in 2.40 and previous BS.Player versions. Presently its name is "codecmanager.exe".

(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Video > [FFDshow properties]
and also through
(rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced...
