Problem solved!

The problem was file name with non-english characters. I changed it and wow, miracle happens. I stay with Bsplayer, others removed.

Installed Broadcom Crystal HD decoder on HP 2133 Windows8 32bit.
Tried different players, MKV, MP4, etc., played ok.
Tried BS.Player. It plays MKV better than others, and it automatically...
