yes, i enabled "remember settings"

besides, when i reinstalled build 815, the problem was gone.
but after i reinstalled build 818, the problem was there again.

i set the brightness to, say, 90.

i play a movie, i fast forward the movie.
the brightness will DECREASE AUTOMATICALLY BY ITSELF!!

this bug is indeed quite annoying. :x
