OK then. Try assigning the mpeg format to ffdshow. I can't tell you how because I don't use ffdshow. I don't realy needed it. But i'll search for something.

There must be an option in ffdshow to assign to mpeg files too. But I sugest elecard decoder. Never had any problem so far.
