Sure it will work with some files, but not with for example SSA subs. Also I want to use DirectVobSub instead of the internal subtitle renderer. And yes, I have got thing configured correctly.

Since it works correctly in every other player...

Since it works correctly in every other player including GraphEdit, the fault MUST be in BS.Player.
