subtitles are not Showing
 

Hi ,

I have just installed B.S player :shade: however , I'm having difficulties of watching the movie without the subtitles ...:tonguey:

As soon as I run the movie , an error shows up says " Failed to allocate subtitle surface , Subtitles will not be availabe !! ":angry:

Even if drag the subtitle into the movie , still is not showing .:angry::confused:


Please help !!:tongue:

Options-> preferences -> video ->Rendering TAB, and select internal renderer/default or VMR9, or anything else than EVR.
