How can I transfer my existing BS.Player preferences to a new computer?

Setting my BS.Player preferences took me some time and effort to find the best preferences suitable for me.

Now I am switching to a new computer. I assume there is a way to transfer (copy) my existing BS.Player preferences from the old computer to the new one, but I couldn't find in the forums how to do that.

Can somebody please help with this question?

Copy file "BSPlayer.xml" into the exact same folder on the new computer.

Thank you very much Ico-man. I have two files named "BSPlayer.xml":

The first one is located in the "insfiles" folder under the program directory (which is under "Program Files (x86)" directory);

the second file with the same name is located in the "Roaming" folder under the "AppData" directory (which is under my name in "Users").

Which one of those two files shuold I copy?

And one last question - will the copied "BSPlayer.xml" file also preserve the keyboard settings that I use in BS.Player?

Thank you again for your help.

The answer was already there anyhow: http://forum.bsplayer.com/answered-s...html#post36381
And - as also mentioned there - the keydefinitions are also in the BSplayer.xml file.

My personal guess would be the most recent one.

You can try copying one and if everything works, it is the right one. If not, copy #2.

You installed BSPlayer with non-default values, so that's why it saves settings file to different folder then AppData.
