NO SOUND

The BS Player Pro 2.78 plays media files mute. I tried to play the same files with other media players and they were ok. I deleted BS Player and installed it again (I did it several times), but still the media files are being played mute (without sound).
The operation system: Windows 10

1. Be sure all necessary codecs are installed (AC3Filter for sound)
2. Check the main volume in BSPlayer.
3. Check in main volume that BSPlayer volume is not muted.
