[SOLVED] BSP Player "don't remember " an audio set

When I've tried to push the - 5.1 Channel button - in :Preferences / Audio / Intervideo AC3 ,this setting is not in memory of the BSP Player ,so , on a future movie i've must do it the same operations. Why !?!??!

If you have no Intervideo AC3 installed: just forget about the page with that name under "Audio" as that page indeed only applies to Intervideo AC3 and e.g. not to AC3-filter.
If you have AC3-filter installed you can access it for general setting purposes directly through: [Start] > Program files > AC3Filter > AC3Filter Config ....
but to access AC3 filter's settings from BSPlayer (with videofile loaded!) follow: (rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced ....

Sincerely, i don't know...

What i have instaled but what i've wanted to know is how i listened in 5.1 mode...that's all...i've installed CREATIVE AUDIGY sound card... :)

First we must know exactly what filter it's used to play AC3 / DTS files on your computer. So, open a file, go to options -> filters and tell us if there is AC3Filter or INterVideo AC3 decoder.

I saw...

I've seeing in sys tray : FFD SHOW VIDEO DECODER si FFD SHOW AUDIO DECODER

So, BSplayer uses FFDshow to play AC3 streams and not InterVideo. You can't modify settings of a program you don't use ;)

But i've entered in FFD SHOW AUDIO...

And i saw a lot of options for sound;one of this is for multichannel sound .Testing this option, i saw that works 5.1 working very well, with or without DXF plug-in from winamp.

Glad this problem was solved. Enjoy 5.1 sound.
