BS. Player ControlBar cannot be installed

Recently I have installed BS.Player ControlBar into my computer, and it works well. But as for a new version of it is released. I downloaded it. To the surprise of mine, it can not be installed under Windows 7 of 32bits.

It says, "You do not have access to make the required system configration notification. Please rerun this installation from an administrators account."
Quite true, it is being installed from the administrators account.
It once worked well, but now....?

Help wanted...

Rightclick on the installer -> run as administrator
Or turn off UAC
