The problem with all skins...
 

... is that they remove the play control bar that you usually get in full screen when moving the mouse on top or bottom of the screen.
Is there a skin that keeps this control bar?

I use Winamp 5 skin. It has a full screen bar.

I don't think such feature is supported at present. A good issue to be added to the "Feature request/suggestions forum" perhaps.

On second thought: have you already tried unchecking/deselecting "Auto hide main window" under:
(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > General?
(and leaving your mouse cursor somewhere off-screen at bottom (or top))
