Audio Synch problem

Hi!

I have a Samsung Note 10.1. I've ripped "Avatar" with both HandBrake and DVDFab, no matter what I do I get audio synch problems with BSplayer. (I have the paid version...) The stock video player on the Note 10.1 plays Avatar with no problems, as does Zoomplayer on my PC. Just BSplayer on my Note 10.1 has the synch problem. I've tried both SW and HW decoding in BSplayer. HW decoding with the system player in BSplayer causes playback problems.

I'm ripping the disc to MP4, H264, AAC audio.

Is there some setting either in Handbrake or BSplayer I should be using?

Thanks!!!!

Let's see, no reply to my email, no reply to my post. I'm wondering, why did I pay for this program?

OK, lets do the score for BS Player:

Customer service: 0 points.

Audio Synch: MX Player plays files fine, BS Player apparently requires manual setting of audio/video synch. 0 points.

Which version of BSPlayer do you run ?
Have you tested the last (yesterday) release ? Same issue ?

Hi and thanks for helping!!!

It's the paid version of BSplayer for Android V1.5 build 136, that's the latest version... Yep, still have the problem. Literally every other player on multiple platforms plays the file fine.

As I've added other movies to my Note 10.1, I see the same problem with other files. There's a number of movies that the audio does not synch with the video using BSplayer. MXplayer and the stock video player play all of those movies just fine.

I'm really hoping this problem can be overcome, as BSplayer has great features, and plays high rate and high resolution videos that the other players can't play. But if it can't play videos with the audio in synch, I can not recommend it to others.

The file timed out before it would upload, I sent a different one. See PM...

I finally got a file to finish uploading. PM sent.

What's interesting is that all the files that play out of sync on BSPlayer are out of sync by the same amount, about 300 ms. Also, they're off by that amount throughout the entire movie.
