Zoom into specific area of screen (not centre)

Hi guys,

Trying to figure out how to control where the screen zooms in. At the moment, if I pinch gesture, it simply zooms into the centre. e.g. I can't zoom into the top-left corner, or the bottom right.

Any ideas?
