Blank Green or Gray Screens with .mp4

Doesn't happen on every MP4 I play on my Note 4 (Android 5.1.1), but ocassionaly I get weird colors like green, gray, or split like a gradient. If I hit next video it plays the next video fine. Sometimes I'll get it to happen more than once in a row but very rarely. Any way to fix this? See attached files.
