Hi. I just bought bsplayer full version today after trying the free version before.
I'm using ASUS ZE551ML with intel x86 chip.

So, after I installed the app, I cannot play any video with error code "cannot initialize playback engine"

Looking at the setting, there is option to load custom codec named libffmpegx86_v20.so but I cannot find that file anywhere.

Can anyone help me? Apparently I'm pass the refund tome window now.
Any help will be appreciated.
