[bug] OSD color not keeped after legal notice
 

When BS starts, during the white text «This version of BS Player is for non commercial and personal use only...», if I touch the volume or something (ie if there is still another info when the legal notice disappears) OSD remains in white and smaller than my font settings.

Note this is not the case 100% of the time...

I noticed the same problem. It happens 95% of the time.

Also Subtitle position offset is reset.
