cannot play 2 audio streams

I have a divx 4.12 with 2 cbr mp3 streams
Only the first stream will play in bsplayer
Both streams play in media player 9
I posted it to alt.binaries.x
bOMBS.UP.BaGHDaD.YO-THE.MuSICAL-STT-DivX-[-dave-].avi
