Error message when starting BSPlayer

Every time when I start bsplayer error message is showing:

How do you start bsplayer? Double click on media file in Windows Explorer or double click on BSPlayer program icon?

Does this happen for all media files, or just some?

I have the same problem when I double click on media file in Windows Explorer .

(Through cmd it's not happens, also when opening the file through the program)
