Can't save Configuration File

I have the msg in attach.

Can't Save Configuration File!
Please reinstall with default settings or choose folder with write permission

I have reinstalled it several times (and changed no settings), but it doesn't help. The install directory is the default, c:\programfiles\webteh\bsplayerpro

Disable UAC and un-set program files folder as read-only
