Crash

Hello, i had problem with installation bsplayer. View image: Untitled can't go on next step. I tried turn off my firewall,uac and antivirus bad didn't works.Can some proposed what anymore do? thanks Peter.

Were you able to install it eventually? Also these data would be helpfull:
- OS system and version
- browser
- which country?
