I have sound but not picture

I can hear all sounds but i cant see anything (but subtitles).windows media player plays movie perfectly so it's not about codecs.

also, if u have installed (I think it is) Zoomplayer, it can turn all contrasts down.
go to the divx option and see if all sliders are centered or not
