Dr. Watson closes the player with "illegal instruction&

BSPlayer (and DivX player) crashes after when i've installed divX 505 codecs, ffdshow-20020923.exe, ACEMCP500PROXP.EXE and run script with:
regsvr32 /s iviaudio.ax
regsvr32 /s mpgaudio.ax
regsvr32 /s mmswitch.ax

After this I've got this Dr. Watson crash.
Tried to reinstall everything... Didi not work.

By the way, not all movies couse it.

Anybody could help me?...
