NO SOUND FROM AVI's OK, this will be short and to the point as I'm getting a little p****d off. I have latest version of BSPlayer; and all the correct codecs, but no matter which combination of settings I use I cannot get the audio from DivX/AVI clips. I get sound from mpegs ok. All my other players have no problem with AVI's. Any help would be most welcome as this is getting beyond a joke..... and before some clever sod asks, yes the volume is turned up! Thanks in advance. Chris. |
99 % of the avi movies uses MP3 audio or AC3 audio. As windows have an MP3 decoder built-in then your files have AC3 sound. So, install an AC3 decoder. |
Please read the faq before posting a possible bug... The forum is a mess. I hope that BST will delete the most posts when version 1.00 of bsplayer comes out :? |
I get this problem too, except I don't get sound on any of my media players. I have divx and ac3 all installed, and the files check out fine on gspot but when I try to play them on anything besides divx player, I get no sound. |
Have you checked BSPlayer volume level? |
