Unknown file format (SAN3)

hey...im assuming this has something to do with my codecs, but i just cant figure it out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both BSplayer and Winamp 5. BSPlayer wont even play it, all i get is the error message of "Unknown File Format (SAN3)". Does anyone know what i should do?
