Computer hang on ASF/WDM file play
 

I have windows 98SE

I installed Windows MEdia Player 9 recently because some files were encoded in the WDM9 format

However, after I installed this I noticed that when Bsplayer is playing the last 2-5 seconds of an ASF or WMV file, it will hang my pc. I need to ctrl+alt+del then WAIT like 2 minutes, choose to end tak, wait 2 minutes, get a "this program is not responsing" message and click end task, then wait another 2 minutes until BSplayer lets go of my PC.

Any ideas on how to stop this?
