no sound playback in MPEG 4 file bsplayer 1.00 RC1 doesn't play sound in mp4 files I've try with this video: http://www.xtremetechshow.com/shows/...commercial.mp4 from this site: http://www.sun.com/bigadmin/xtreme/ |
I'm impressed that you can even get the image in BSplayer... MP4 is a quicktime or realplay format and I would expect that you (at least) need the latest quicktime codecs to make it run properly. So far the only custom player I've had succes with for playing those formats is Media Player Classic, but it sure would be nice if BSplayer could handle those formats as well in the future *hint hint* |
Instal 3ivx codec. It supports MP4. http://forum.bsplayer.org/viewtopic.php?p=8561#8561 http://www.3ivx.com/ |
