Default reset BSplayer

My BSplayer is f*cked up.. I don't see the video window anymore.. even if I switch resolution, nowhere :? In Fullscreen mode I see only a small bar of video all the way to the left.

Is there any way to reset BSplayer.. I already uninstalled it and reinstalled.. but my problem stays the same. Is there a file I should reset or remove (registry)?

Try pressing Num 5.

if adicoto's suggestion doesn't help, are you by any chance using dual display ?

using dual display is a bit messy at the moment (but it's still usable); I had the problems you described (and I think pressing num5 or moving the screen had no effect, not sure anymore).

Numpad 5 does nothing.. I am using two monitors.. but that used to work before.

I'm not really sure how it happened... but I don't really care, I just need to find a way to reset BSplayer.

Like when I'd format my pc right now, and reinstalled BSplayer I'm sure it would work again. But just removing and reinstalling is not enough for now. I couldn't find a directory of BSplayer in the Application Data folder.

Are there any other settings that could be reset or should be removed?

with same version ?
multimonitor support is different from older versions (can't tell when it changed, I never used it until recently)

best way to reset bsplayer is to run clearreg.exe which is in your bsplayer directory, but doubt it will change anything.
strange thing, I can't reproduce this bug anymore (I know I saw it repeatedly 2 weeks ago [and I didn't reset anything ;) ])

Thank you for reminding me ... it did fix the problem.
(I've removed clearreg.exe from my BSP directory)

Yes the problem will happen for 2 displays system. BSP resets its video when the video window is dragged from one display to another. It will screw up the registry if you stop the playing before it has a chance to finish the reset.

I was looking for clearReg function in BSP itself...

The last time this happen, I had to manually deleted all BSP reg entries.
I am sure it will happen again and again ...
