Problems with "Don't resize video in full screen" v2.69

Preferences->Video->General
When option "Always start in full screen mode" selected, option "Don't resize video in full screen" don't work.
You forgot to insert this function to automatic fullscreen lauch. In manual fullscreen activation by "Enter" everything works.
