Bookmarks not working after Windows 10 upgrade

Hi, bookmarks used to work fine, but after upgrading to Windows 10, nothing happens when I try to add a bookmark. It says "bookmark added", but when I right-click and select "Bookmarks", it doesn't list any bookmarks.
