Error when opening file
 

Hi,

I bought the bs player Pro version recently; when I cast from my cell phone, samsung galaxy s5, I get the message Error when opening files; no matter the ext., I can't play videos with the cast button.

I tried opening the same file without the cast symbol press, and it worked.


Somebody can help me, please.
