Jump to Time dialog not visible, Escape key not mapped

Sometimes when playing in full screen the "Jump to Time" dialog box is not shown on top. In version 1.0 the escape key is no longer mapped to the cancel button of the dialog box, making it very dificult to get rid of the dialog box.
