what is LANG\catal?lng
 

I'm using chinese XP pro. when I download 1.0.807 there have one strang file below LANG\catal?lng. what is it. This file name is illegle in my system. So Bsplayer can't run on my system now.

[wild guess]on previous versions it used to be catalan.lng, I suppose it is catala?„.lng [/wild guess] (it doesn't display correctly on my system either [but it's not invalid])

anyway you don't need the full language pack for bsplayer to work, just keep languages you're interested in and delete the rest (you can even delete every language file).
I suppose windows won't let you delete files with invalid names easily => I would try something like this (I can't assure you this will work...):
- open a command window
- open task manager
- in task manager (processes), kill process explorer.exe
- in command window, delete the problematic file
- in task manager (applications), new task-> explorer
