SOUND PROBLEM, please help!

hi,
I experienced the following problem: I have a movie in divx format , when i played it i didnt heard sound.. i colud hear my pc sounds and winamp but not the bsplayer.. its strange that i had the problem just with divxs and not with other movie types or music.. please tell me why is that and how could i fix it.

I have a similar problem, but its happing with what should be a windows media file.

@flayer > Are you sure you aren't missing the AC3 filter/codec ?
Most of times when someone is having problems with sound it's because of that. Do a search on this forum (or internet) for AC3 and you I'm sure you will find some interesting topics
