Problem with mpeg2 codec

Hi,

i just installed BSplayer 1.10 Build 814 (yeah i know not the newest), and it won't play any file which is encoded with an mpeg2 codec. Now before you post your standart answer, i have an mpeg2 codec on my system, since i have PowerDVD. Before i installed BSplayer i had the moonlight elecard mpeg2 player, and it played svcd and vob files. I allready installed ffdshow, but the outcome is the same, the player just tells me "can't open file". In the meantime is also tested the newest version on the website, but the same error occurs.

Any suggestions?

thx in advance, ChuckNorris

Install Elecard MPEG2 decoder.

OK done, and it works now...thx very much. I thought BSplayer works with the PowerDVD codecs. Now i only have to get rid of the moonlight logo in the upper right corner ;)
