Cannot listen to "radio" music

When I attempt to connect to a radio station for music, I always get the following error msg:
BSPlayer v0.85.492, Unhandled exception at EIP: 004BD6A0
If you click 'Close' application will be terminated.

How can I correct this? If not correctable, how can I get BS Player to release so I can use Real Player or Windows Media Player for radio audio?
