When tried with other players i got the same problem.
The Codecs are xvid and mpeg layer 3 (The audio was fine).
My OS is Windows xp pro.
Is it a problem with the files or some kind of other problem i can solve?

Thanks,
Ori.

Solution

I found the problem. thanks anyway.
Downloaded the avicodec software (used to detect a file's codecs, recommended) and found out i needed xvid mpeg4 for the video decomperssion. maybe my original wasnt enough.

Yes, you were using an old version of ffdshow instead of XviD codec.
