He has F-Prot which unfortunately at this stage doesn't support yet file exclusion..
Only suggestion is to contact F-Prot staff for the false-positive alarm

f-prot

i couldn't get any response from f-prot and finally switched to AVG for my virus protection. my liscence with f-prot was expiring anyway

As Mat2000 stated here, updating your F-Prot should solve the problem. I think that AVG also have a way users can contact the staff to report false-positive virus threat report.. Try searching on their site/forum

EDIT:
You can contact AVG staff by following the instructions listed here
Or you can follow the one pointed here: 0815 What to do when I suspect any file it is infected?
