someone could help me for chapters on 2cdsÂ° please?

I read forum faq..doc...but at this moment I havent been able to start chapters on 2Â°cds .....
In The first cd all works but I have some problems with chapters on 2Â°cd... because bsplayer ever ask me for 1Â°cd..
