big probleme with bs player
 

hi and sorry for my bad english cause i'm french...
i have a big probleme when i read an avi or divx file at approximatively 1 hour of playing, the image stay fix and the sound continue the system was out and i must to reboot my computer at each time!!
i' m very enjoy by the possiblity (subtiles for example but i'm very desapointed by this problem)
i' had installed the last version on your web site and the probleme was the same...
for the moment i must to use winamp player but i' would prefer bs player ..

I have a similar problem when my dvd player gets too hot. Now it's summer so sometimes it gets too hot. Then the puter freezes and I must reboot. After the reboot I put the DVDR in my other DVD player (I have 2) and then it works.
But there might be other lines of inquiry:
- Do you have similar problems with other video playback software ?
- What codecs are used in this file?
- What codecs are installed on your windows to playback this file?
