 TvTools/TvOut crashes bsplayer
When switching to tvout using tvtools I get the following error (very often) and after that the player crashes: BSPlayer v0.85.488, Unhandled exception at EIP: 0040305A Application will be terminated. Please report this info to the author with description what were you doing.
