MKV with embedded subtitles

Support for this type of file is more than inexistant at this moment. Latest builds fails to render subtitles on files with multiple subtitles inside. Using Gabest and Haali, same results.
This isn't splitter's fault, for sure. Tested with KMP, that uses the same old Gabest MKV splitter, files playing fine, all subtitles and chapters are well detected. At this moment I am using it to play such files, and not BSPlayer any more. Tested with different files, everything seems OK. It's free and it comes with own (free) codecs (Gabest most of them)

Guys, do something. Going this way, you will go out of the market soon.

Could you please provide sample of this file or some information about it ?
You could use PM.

It would be nice to have all kind of possible samples (small files of different containers such as MKV with/without subs, OGM with/without subs, HD contents, flv, wmv, mp4, etc.) to test all previous and future releases.. I made a little collection a couple of years ago to test BSplayer, but then I lost my files and never had time to rebuild all of them

tested and I can't see the subs too..

But really good speed :D
I think there will not be problems on a 1.2GHz CPU with BSplayer
(Haali media splitter+CoreAVC)

Ok, now with latest BETA it displays the subtitles correctly, but there are still some problems with multiple subtitles and with subtitle editor:

- If you open multiple subtitles you'll have both displayed as the primary subtitle language (for example you open Primary: French, Secondary: English, only French subtitles will be displayed on both subtitles)
Sometimes you'll have some sentences in English and some in the selected language, but I don't know if it's a problem of adicoto's file (incomplete subtitles?) or BSplayer fault

- If you open the subtitles editor, only few lines are loaded, and when the player reaches the last displayed line, an error message window pop-ups (if you click on continue the player keeps playing the file without problems until another subtitle line is processed, then another error message pop-ups andso on)

Subs seems to work now. But if you REW the file to a previous position, the subtitle is gone. Untill you FF to a position after the one you rewinded:

Play->at 1:00:00 subtitle is OK
REW at 0:30:00, subtitle is gone
FF at 1:00:01, subtitle came up again.

Problem solved in the last beta build. Also MKV chapter support it's present and working like a charm. You can erase them from the wishlist.

Thank you guys.
