Unknown file format

My DivX movie worked the first time I tried it, but now whenever I run it on anything, it always says something about the file format not supported. On the BSPlayer, it says "Unknown file format (DIV3)." What does this mean? It worked fine just 2 days ago.

Install ffdshow.
