[SOLVED] not entire screen

since a few days, without having anything changed on my computer, bsplayer doesn't show the entire screen. for instance, when i have subtitles with one line, i don't see it. with two lines i only see the upper one. the same at the top of the screen.
please help me!

Have you tried to press Numpad key 5?
Maybe you have panned or zoomed in..

Also read BSPlayer's FAQs linked in my signature (written by BSPeter)

I tried key 5, no result.

But look at this: I had also installed the program nanoPeg editor, and at the same time of the BSplayer problem, I think, there were in the screen of the editor at the top and in the botom a grey bar, hiding that part of the movie!!
I uninstalled nanoPeg and reinstalled BSplayer (PRO 2.25, build 955, 13 nov 2007), but I kept the problem.

Now I see that with other players (VLC, Media Player Classic, Nero Showtime) I don't have the problem, but I do have it with Windows Media Player and Winamp.

Have you read all the entire FAQs? Maybe there you can find a solution to your problem.

Anyway, you can also try to delete BSplayer's settings file (usually under C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\BSplayer\bsplayer.xml), but if this happens also with other players probably it's not a BSplayer's problem..

Does this happen with every video file? And have you tried to change video renderer in BSplayer (CTRL+P -> Video -> Video rendering -> Rendering mode -> change the video rendering mode)?
Can you list here the entries in BSplayer filters page (with the video opened right click -> Options -> Filters -> Advanced)?

When BSPeter named the "5" key he was refering to the key "5" on the numpad, not on the normal keyboard.

If you go to the fullscreen with F and come back, does it remain the same ?

Yes, Numpad 5 was onderstood.
No, nothing helps.
Tizio has definitely right it's not a genuine BS problem.
If I solve it, I'll tell it.
Thanks for now!

Solved! :)
I uninstalled hit or miss ffdshow and a divxplayer and the whole problem was gone!
