I think this is an old bug. So, we talk about MKV files with internal AND external subtitles. Internal subtitle is english, default, the external one doesn't have any language tag. BSPlayer display just the internal one, even if you select the external one. I am not sure if it's BSplayer's fault or Gabest MKV splitter. Runng BSplayer latest build and CoreAVC 1.8.5

Tested this with the usual Matrix Reloaded MKV sample, and can't confirm your behavior... ![]() First subtitle (white) is internal Arabic default subtitle Second subtitle (yellow) is external subtitle (SRT format for Italian version of Fearless movie)

If I can ask: why are you still using Gabest splitter for MKVs?

Because I don't like Haali's splitter ? Maybe it's time to let go and give a try for Haali once again. LE: To be corectly undersod, I don't want to display 2 subtitles. But if I select as primary subtitle the external one, on display it's still the internal one. 2ndLE: installed Haali, I believe the last build from it's site, 1.8.122.18 and...it does the other way. Even if you swich to the internal one, the external it's displayed ;) Strange things around. |
