can anybody help me with my playlist-problem

Most of my films have 2cds. I load the 2 files in my playlist. So far no problem. But I am dutch and want to use subtitles. How can I load the 2 files and the subtitles for them? I've tried, but I can only load the subtitle for the file that is loaded in BS player.

Can somebody help me?
