Menu and .cbf files - howto
 

Can anyone direct me to a good source of information on how to set up menu navigation files so as to allow a CD to more closely resemble the behaviour of a real DVD (i.e. alternative "making-of documentary" selection etc.) and also how to create the mysterious .cbf files (referred to in the .INI documentation in passing but not actually explained) that allows scene selection from (presumably) saved screenshots from the movie via the ALT-V option ?
